CruzFluor sm™2亚磷酰胺

CruzFluor™sm 2（CFLsm2）系列具有类似于荧光素和AlexaFluor®48的光谱特性。CFLsm2亚磷酰胺可使用公认的亚磷酰胺化学试剂进行AlexaFluor®488相似光谱特性和光稳定性的寡聚标记。与荧光素相比，CFLsm2家族具有更强的荧光和更高的光稳定性。另外，它们的荧光在3到11之间不受pH限制。这些特性使该新染料家族成为荧光素的优良替代品，可用于通过寡聚合成器进行寡聚合成。

CruzFluor™ sm 2 (CFLsm2) family has the spectral properties similar to those of fluoresceins and Alexa Fluor® 488 (Alexa Fluor® is the trademark of Invitrogen). CFLsm2 phosphoramidite enables the oligo labeling with the similar spectral properties and photostability of Alexa Fluor® 488 using the well established phosphoramidite chemistry. Compared to fluoresceins CFLsm2 family has much stronger fluorescence and higher photostability. Additionally their fluorescence is pH-independent from pH 3 to 11. These characteristics make this new dye family a superior alternative to fluoresceins for use in oligo synthesis with an oligo synthesizer.
