一般描述
1,1-二十八烷基-3,3,3,3-四甲基茚二羰基花青-5,5-二磺酸在光谱上是近红外的（橙色荧光），同时包含亲水性和亲脂性部分。该两亲分子在水中表现出比其高度亲脂性的DiI类似物更强的荧光。1,1-二十八烷基-3,3,3,3-四甲基茚二羰花青-5,5-二磺酸用于膜染色，可分别与FITC和TRITC过滤器一起使用。
1,1-Dioctadecyl-3,3,3,3-tetramethylindodicarbocyanine-5,5-disulfonic acid is near-infrared in the spectrum (orange fluorescence) and contains both hydrophilic and lipophilic parts. This amphiphilic molecule exhibits stronger fluorescence in water than its DiI analogs which are highly lipophilic. 1,1-Dioctadecyl-3,3,3,3-tetramethylindodicarbocyanine-5,5-disulfonic acid is used to dye membranes and can be used with FITC and TRITC filters respectively.
