DAR-4M是基于罗丹明的光稳定型一氧化氮(NO)荧光指示剂,检测极限约为10 nM。在氧气存在下与NO反应,生成三唑-罗丹明类似物(DAR-4M T),其荧光量子效率提高约840倍。与DAF-2不同,DAR-4M的荧光强度不依赖于pH值。
DAR-4M is a rhodamine-based photo-stable nitric oxide (NO) fluorescent indicator with a detection limit of ~10 nM. Reacts with NO, in the presence of oxygen, resulting in a triazolo-rhodamine analog (DAR-4M T) that exhibits about 840-fold greater fluorescence quantum efficiency. DAR-4M’s fluorescence intensity is not dependent on pH, unlike DAF-2.
